Hi Keith, I ride it every weekend if the weather is nice and not raining. It is dark in the Uk by 5pm, so I don't get out on it in the evening now. This bike has all the modifications on it such as, 13" floating disc with a grimcea caliper and a Triumph master cylinder to stop it. The breather has been moved up to the top of the timing case and a plate put in the crancase to make the oil pool and retun back through the oil return pipe and not the breather. It has a big valve converstion on the head and most items replaced etc, so it really shifts for an 35 years old bike. My friends have trouble keeping up with me around the small Devon lanes on newer more powerful machines. Cheers Pete

That's a beauty! Do you ride it a lot? Many miles on the clock? I have a 75 that i picked up earlier this year. Just did a valve job and am working on my first 500 miles so i can torque things back down and do adjustments. It's a beautiful day here in Southern California, so I might just get in 100 of those miles this afternoon. Get out There! Add Your CommentLogin to leave a comment. |
